I'm back with another card for our challenge at 613 Avenue Create. We have 4 great sponsors this week and I've also used this Seahorse image from QKR Stampede.
I water colored paper, printed the image then fussy cut it. I stippled over a stencil with pearlescent pigment inks. The die and sentiment are both by Verve.

Cool! What a great idea Kathi - stippling color thru a stencil - I have scores of them and haven't used them for years! I need to get them out and play. Love the colors on the sea horse - yum!
