Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the crafty Moms out there!  My husband is making me breakfast as I sit on the couch and do my post!  My son is outside playing with the neighbors...ahh...life is good!  Later I'll sit on my mother's deck and have a drink while we watch the boats on the bay.  And best of all? There's no snow!  LOL!!  There better not be at this point!  :)

I've made a few cards for our weekly Anything Goes Challenge at 613 Avenue Create. Our optional twist is Let's Celebrate!  So whatever you may be celebrating like a graduation, baby shower, birthday, etc. we want to see it!

For my first card I used an adorable pre-colored image by Toadstool Printables.

And I used this free digi I posted a couple of weeks ago:
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check out what our super talented design team has created and link up your creations with us at  613 Avenue Create.
Hugs,

Thinking of you...

Hi to all my blogland friends  :)

This weeks challenge at 613 Avenue Create is a popular one, it's our unique Create Your Own Challenge.  Here is our current chart:

I used an image from our new sponsor
visit the shop HERE

The image is called  Mouse toting big daisies flowers/ladybugs
and it is a pre-colored image.  She also offers B & W images.
from the chart I used:
#1 image/patterned paper  #2 sentiment  #3 solid color paper  #4 stitching  #5 hemp

I made the background paper from scraps.  I glued 1" strips to a piece of CS then cut that piece into 1" strips.  I glued those in alternating directions on the card front.

Stop by 613 Avenue Create to see the adorable creations from the DT ladies!  And to purchase this image please visit Toadstool Printables!

Hugs,
Kathi
