And of course I couldn't just print it and color...nooo I love to crop images! So here is my end super cropped result LOL!
I went back to my chalks for this one. I used some Glossy Accents on his nose and parts of the balloon. Circle and scalloped circle are Spellbinders dies. The papers are ancient from stash. I really like this one I think he's cute and I love the color combo.
