Meljen's Ribbon Challenge

My daughter's friend Alyssa just celebrated her 18th birthday and she LOVES hippos so I made her this sign  :)  Challenge #123 at Meljen's Designs is "Tie a Ribbon".  The digi is called Hearty Hippo, colored with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol.  It's hard to see in the pics but I used Glossy Accents on the teeth, "toe nails" and the heart.  The letter stamps are from Close To My Heart - Chocolate Alphabet small.  PP by We R Memory Keepers - Peep Easter Basket.

Thanks for stopping by!

This is a very cute project. I love the little hippo and how sweetly you've colored it. That plaid paper in the background is absolutely perfect behind that cute little hippo! Thanks for joining us at Simon Says Stamp and Show. <3 Candy

Love the soft color of the hippo matched with the plaid paper. The black really makes all of the colors work together.

Thank you for joining us this week at Meljen’s Designs for our Tie a Ribbon challenge!
