My final Outlawz Guest Designer project

Hi Everyone!!  Happy New Year!!  2012 is just a blur for me, such an eventful year for me both good and bad.  I'm ready to move on to a new year  :)

So here is my final project for The Outlawz Monday Greetings Challenge.  The challenge is to Create A Vintage Project.  Well here is my first ever stab at vintage.  I love the Wizard of Oz and I've had these digi's from the wonderful Paulette at Create With TLC.  She has awesome daily freebies too!  I coated everything with Tim Holtz Distress Ink.  Inked all of the edges and stippled everything even the pearl stick, ribbon and lace!

papers - My Mind's Eye
ink - Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress Ink
dies - Spellbinders Labels Eighteen, MFT Die-namics Pinking Edge Border, A Cut Above Dies (Verve) Jotted Heart
digis - Create With TLC
stick pins - Petaloo Premier
lace - Recollections (Michael's brand)
crinkle ribbon from stash

Have a safe and Happy New Year!

I'm no good at the vintage/shabby chic look, but you've nailed it here! I especially like the inked edges and the seam binding bow. Thank you for sharing your card in the "favorite colors" Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge!
