Final baby shower favor, birthday card and a tip

Hi all sorry I didn't get this out sooner but that dastardly little Easter bunny brought my family a virus!  I don't think I've been that sick in about 12 years!  Ugh...well I'm feeling alive again so I'm back at the computer  :)
Here are the favors I made for the shower.  The Hershey Nuggets I buy in bulk at BJ's wholesale and 3 out of the 4 flavors have almonds.  I made as many "nut free" versions as I could get out of the bag.  I made a little sign for the table re: if anyone had a nut allergy, etc but...I forgot to take a pic.  Anyhoo here they are.
This version has 4 nuggets instead of 2 and the they say twins.  I stippled those labels pink then ran them through the printer.  The stamp on the other is from Papertrey Ink made specifically for address labels and the little feet in the circle is an older peg style stamp.  Thank you stamp by Verve,  I used their new Charming Oval die and inked the edges.  The scalloped border was actually a pair of scissors (I know how old school!  LOL)
Here is a mini centerpiece.  The container is actually a small baby formula can (powdered) covered with paper that was punched with a MS scalloped punch.   I used the New Arrival cart for the Mommy cut at 10" and for the double hearts.  I used the swirl Cuttlebug folder on the hair and the dots folder on the pants.  I inked the edges of the shirt and the pocketbook.  Rhinestones were used as a belt.

Now for a thrifty tip.  I like to buy the $1 packs of blank cards with envelopes to decorate for birthdays at work.   I get them at Target, Michael's and Joanns.  Well I got a good deal at Michael's this time they weren't blank but they were marked to .50 and I had a 20% coupon so they were .40 which = .05 per card/envelope!  So since they had designs of various sizes I decided to cover their image with cardstock and a stamped image.
I like that they have a silver border also the envelopes are pink.  Even the ribbon was re-purposed, I think  it was tied around a pair of pj's my daughter received as a gift!
I made this for Denzel's kindergarten teacher...I love the saying   :)

Until next time...happy crafting!
